John has worked in design and communications for over thirty-four years. His experience and knowledge is invaluable at DesignEnvy.
He has a keen sense of identity development and is relentless when it comes to "getting it right". Not one to brag, John has won a long list of awards, but the short list includes PRINT Magazine, local and regional Addys, and the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). He has taught several junior and senior level courses at Texas Tech University including Illustration, Publication and Portfolio.
He is our fearless art director.
John is an artist in many forms. He's an illustrator, painter and musician. He loves outdoor adventures with his friends and family. He joined the fight against breast cancer in 2007 (his daughter Lori is a survivor!).
His passion is art, family and making the world a better place.
